Information handling

Data Protection and Information Handling

Workforce Ready Service handles employer and candidate information responsibly and securely as part of providing a structured role-fit and development support service.

How information is used

Information provided by employers and candidates is used only for the purpose of supporting the Workforce Ready Service process, including understanding role requirements, reviewing evidence and preparing structured reports.

Security and confidentiality

Information is stored securely and access is limited to authorised processes and individuals involved in delivering the service.

Technical security measures, access controls and data management procedures are maintained behind the scenes to help protect information throughout the service.

Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate, appropriate and shared lawfully for the purpose of using the service.

Candidate information

Candidates are informed that their information is being used to support a structured assessment and development process. The service does not make automated recruitment decisions and does not replace human judgement.

Our approach

Workforce Ready Service aims to provide a fair, structured and supportive process while respecting confidentiality and data protection responsibilities.
