Employer registration
The employer provides clear business and role information and submits the required documents.
Workforce support with people at the centre
Workforce Ready Service helps employers and candidates understand strengths, evidence, practical readiness, support needs and development opportunities.
Technology supports the journey. Final recruitment decisions remain with people.
How it works
The employer provides clear business and role information and submits the required documents.
The Workforce Ready App reviews the role pack, CV and candidate evidence through controlled access.
The employer receives a role-fit report and the candidate receives a development-focused report.
Reports are held securely and released by the administrator after the service process is complete.
About the service
Workforce Ready Service is not a recruitment agency and does not make hiring decisions. It provides structured information to support better conversations between employers and candidates.
Reports may include strengths, evidence, development areas, practical readiness, support needs and interview discussion points.
Start the process
The first stage is employer registration. Documents and reports are then handled through the secure Workforce Ready Service process.
